A boutique technology partner, built to solve rather than sell.

Innoveta Tech is a boutique technology consultancy. Since 2020 we have delivered CRM platforms, system integrations, data pipelines and custom applications for Australian businesses across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, financial services, real estate and professional services.

AI has not changed what we do. It has changed what is possible inside the systems we have always worked in: the CRM, the document store, the reporting stack, the operations inbox. We are not tied to a single vendor, and we recommend what fits your stack, budget and risk appetite.

How we work

Three steps. No twelve-week discovery phase.

See how we work
01

Give us your problem statement

A conversation, not a briefing document. If it isn't worth solving, we say so here.

02

We design and demonstrate a working solution

Built against a realistic sample of your data. You see it before you fund the build.

03

We partner to build it and roll it out

Scope in writing, phased rollout, monitoring and a named support path.

How our work differs

What you can expect from an engagement with us.

01

Production, not prototype

A demo proves the model can do it once. We design for the fiftieth run, with edge cases, monitoring and a support path built in.

02

One team, end to end

The consultant who scopes your work is accountable for it working. Nothing passes from a team that sells to a team that inherits.

03

Governance by design

Data residency, retention, access control and audit logging are day-one decisions, not remediation you fund after an incident.

04

Inside your stack

We deploy into the platforms you already run and pay for, rather than adding another disconnected tool to maintain.

Proof in practice

Where the work has already run.

Property funds management

Situation
A property funds manager needed leads captured consistently and forms processed without manual re-keying.
What we built
A HubSpot CRM implementation, a lead pipeline architecture, and an AI document reader that extracts form data into a connected reporting sheet.
What changed
Leads land in one pipeline instead of three inboxes, and form data reaches reporting without anyone retyping it.

Manufacturing

Situation
Enquiries arrived as PDFs and marked-up drawings, read and quoted by hand by an estimator with no time to spare.
What we built
An agent that extracts the specification, matches it to the price file, and drafts a quote for the estimator to approve.
What changed
The estimator reviews a drafted quote instead of building one from scratch for every enquiry.

Mortgage broking

Situation
Client document bundles arrived as photos and screenshots, needing renaming, checking and income assessment before a broker could start.
What we built
A pipeline that ingests, classifies, redacts, verifies and income-assesses each bundle automatically.
What changed
A broker opens a ready file instead of a folder of unsorted images.
